Welcome to the BDRS blog, where I provide news and views concerning mediation and other dispute resolution topics, and updates about BDRS.
If you are looking for the BDRS Web site--which provides detailed information about mediation and other services I offer at BDRS--please visit the www.bostonresolution.com.
I am a lawyer and mediator in Boston, an unabashed news, media, and Internet junkie, and a First Amendment devotee. For more information about what I do, please see the About page.
This blog is a way for me to provide information and opinions about mediation and ADR, in what I hope is an interesting and moderately entertaining manner.
Although in addition to my ADR work I also practice law, I do not consider this blog to be an advertisement for my law practice, but it might be considered as such under Rule 3:07 of the Rules of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. So ... nothing on this blog is legal advice, your reading this blog does not make you my client, you should not make a legal decision based on this blog, and you should not communicate anything to me, whether via a posted comment or otherwise, that you expect to be held in confidence.
Links or references to Web sites, other blogs, organizations, or materials outside of this blog do not constitute an endorsement of such sites, blogs, organizations, or materials, or their opinions or other content (except, of course, for my law practice Web site).
Boston Dispute Resolution Services, BDRS and the BDRS logo, The Resolution Solution, and Anything Else Is Just a Compromise are registered service marks of Michael A. Pezza Jr., d/b/a/ Boston Dispute Resolution Services.
